    • Guests may call the Hershey Lodge Reservation office at 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for the Governor's Occupational Safety & Health Conference, December 09 - 11, 2026.

    • The Reservation office is available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

    • The Group Room rate is: $195.00 per room per night plus 11% taxes

    • Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.

    • Room block cut-off date is Monday, October 26, 2026. Rooms and/or group rates may no longer be available after the cut-off date.
