Table Tops

This year, we are introducing a new exhibitor layout for our upcoming conference. On Monday, the exhibit hall will feature a full day of booths, providing ample space and visibility for exhibitors to showcase products and services. The hall will be dismantled after Monday night's reception. To maximize engagement with conference attendees, we are offering an additional option for exhibitors to purchase a tabletop display for Tuesday. These table tops will be in the Chocolate Lobby, ensuring high traffic and continued interaction for the remainder of the conference.

Exhibitior cancellation date and policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations received prior to September 13, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of monies paid to GOSH to date. Written cancellations received after September 13, 2024 are non-refundable. GOSH may use cancelled space as it sees fit without further obligation to the canceling party.
