• 6’ draped table, two (2) chairs, wastebasket, backdrop, vendor name sign (7" x 42"), and side rails; complimentary wireless Internet access is provided.

• Vendor name on GOSH's website with hyperlink to your company's website.

• 24-hour roaming security is provided by the Hershey Lodge Security Staff throughout the facility.

• The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Outdoor Exhibit Space | 14'x40'

• The 14' x 40' outdoor exhibit spaces (booths 105-110) are for vendors who have purchased an indoor exhibit booth but also wish to display a large piece of equipment outside. 

• The outdoor exhibit spaces do not include tables, chairs, etc., they are reserved space only. These booths are not covered, are rain or shine, and are non-refundable.

Exhibitor Cancellation Date and Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to tlinn@wannerassoc.com. Written cancellations received prior to October 10, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of monies paid to GOSH to date. Written cancellations received after October 10, 2025, are non-refundable. GOSH may use cancelled space as it sees fit without further obligation to the canceling party.
