24-hour roaming security is provided by the Hershey Lodge Security Staff throughout the facility.
The exhibit hall is carpeted.
This year, we are introducing a new exhibitor layout for our upcoming conference. On Monday, the exhibit hall will feature a full day of booths, providing ample space and visibility for exhibitors to showcase products and services. The hall will be dismantled after Monday night's reception. To maximize engagement with conference attendees, we are offering an additional option for exhibitors to purchase a tabletop display for Tuesday. These tabletops will be in the Chocolate Lobby, ensuring high traffic and continued interaction for the remainder of the conference.
Tabletops are only available as an additional option to those who purchase a booth for Monday
This option includes one rep per table.

The 14' x 40' outdoor exhibit spaces (booths 105-110) are for vendors who have purchased an indoor exhibit booth but also wish to display a large piece of equipment outside.
The outdoor exhibit spaces do not include tables, chairs, etc., they are reserved space only. These booths are not covered, are rain or shine, and are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations received prior to September 13, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of monies paid to GOSH to date. Written cancellations received after September 13, 2024 are non-refundable. GOSH may use cancelled space as it sees fit without further obligation to the canceling party.
