Outdoor Exhibit Space

The 14' x 40' outdoor exhibit spaces are for vendors who have purchased an indoor exhibit booth but wish to display a large piece of equipment outside. The outdoor booths will be located in the parking lot outside the Convention Entrance. Outdoor exhibit spaces do not include tables, chairs, or reserved spaces. Spaces will be marked off and numbered. We will include information to direct attendees to visit outside booths as well. Please note that these spots are not covered, are rain or shine, and are non-refundable.

The equipment must fit in the space provided - Outdoor exhibitors should bring no more equipment than what will fit in their space(s). If you need more than one space to accommodate your equipment, you must purchase more than one space. Please observe your space's boundaries and not encroach on another exhibitor's space.

*Exhibitors tearing down booths prior to this time will not be invited to participate in the 2025 GOSH Conference.

Please use the information you received from Hershey Expo to log in to your Hershey Expo account to download and print the Hershey Expo forms.

Can I pick up exhibitor show badges for my booth staff? Can I change booth staff names on-site?

 Yes.  You can pick up staff show badges and change booth staff names at the Exhibitor Registration in the Chocolate Lobby.

Booth assignments will be confirmed prior to the show.

GOSH will make every effort to avoid changes to the program and events; however, some changes may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Changes received after August 2, 2024 will not be included in the program book.
