This presentation will consist of two parts: Part one will provide the overview of the new CDAC standard with relation to major changes affecting the crane operators and steel erection contractors (30 minutes). Part two of the presentation will be regarding multiple aspects of Title 49 – Professional and Vocational Standards issued by the PA State Board of Crane Operators. This portion will cover operator certification, certifying organizations, operator licensing, and employer audited certification programs.
