This presentation is part of a 2 to 3 person panel of business executives who understand and embrace their role in managing safety and health processes and performance in their organization. The presenter will review how he has developed and managed strategic plans for safety improvement, and partnered with the safety department to implement these strategies. He will show how the business and leadership tools to manage safety are similar to those used for successfully managing other business objectives.
